Bakery Pater B.V. in Avenhorn is currently seeking motivated candidates for the position of Operator (in training). Experience is not required – we provide full on-the-job training. From your very first day, you will receive the salary of an experienced operator.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable skills in a professional production environment, contributing to the production of high-quality bakery products. Your work will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

• Operate and adjust machinery
• Perform quality checks and document results
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Flexible availability (shifts, weekends)
• Proficient in English or Dutch
